Wood Siding

We’ve decided on the wood siding that we’ll be using on the vertically-oriented portions of the upper level. The wood is sourced locally from beetle-kill pine so it’s a renewable resource too!

This is such a wonderful idea, way to go! ~Monica
Hi. Looks like great siding! Can you offer up some information on where you sourced the local beetle kill product and more pictures of the finished product would be great! Looks like a great project!
Hi, Patrick. We sourced the siding from Alpine Lumber in Montrose, CO. If you reference the Swenka-Hammond project by Bridger Construction Services, they should be able to pull up the order. We’re really happy with it so far – it looks much better in person than the pictures too!
More pictures are coming soon… we wanted to wait until the exterior was complete (hopefully later in the week).
